A Texas mother is accused of sexually abusing her 10-year-old daughter — and then allegedly making plans for a registered sex offender to join them, police said.

Elizabeth Spaeth, 37, was taken into custody last month after confessing to having sex with her underage daughter on “multiple occasions,” San Antonio Express News reports.

Her fiance, Garrett Andrew Bailey, 35, was also charged with sexual abuse of a child Wednesday after Spaeth told police she gave him permission to join her in abusing her daughter on at least three separate occasions, according to the arrest affidavit.

Along with the couple, police also arrested registered sex offender Jarrod Kirkus, 40, after Snapchat messages revealed Spaeth had reached out to him to abuse her daughter and left them in her home alone together, police said.

The disturbing case against the trio unfolded on Aug. 1, when police responded to a call at the Oak Terrace Apartments.

Inside one of the apartments, police found Kirkus alone with the 10-year-old daughter, with the sex offender taken into custody on a warrant for distribution of child pornography.

He was previously convicted of criminal solicitation of a minor-aggravated sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault and possession of child pornography, according to Bexar County court records.

When officers realized that there was no connection between Kirkus and the child, their investigation led them to Spaeth, who went on to admit that she facilitated the meeting between her daughter and the sex offender.

While in custody, she allegedly confessed to having sex with her daughter multiple times and reaching out to Kirkus on Snapchat to join her, to which the sex offender replied, “Sure,” according to the affidavit.

Police said she later confessed that Bailey had joined her in the abuse and that he even sexually abused the girl one time without the mother present.

Bailey’s abuse of the child allegedly began when she was just 8 years old, the affidavit states.

Since Spaeth’s arrest, the 10-year-old girl and another child were removed from the home.

Spaeth and Bailey were charged with continuous sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony, along with other felony counts.

Kirkus was charged with possession with intent to promote pornography.
